The problem we saw

UK towing and roadside businesses are professional operations — dispatching drivers, managing sub-contractors, coordinating multi-company networks, handling customer payments. Yet almost all of them were doing this entirely through WhatsApp groups.

Jobs posted to groups of 900 businesses regardless of location. Dozens of private chats per job. No record of who agreed to what. Partners arriving late with no way to tell the customer. Margins debated over text messages. No audit trail. No reports. No way to know if a new partner was trustworthy.

Every business we spoke to had the same frustrations. And every one of them had simply accepted it as "just how it works."
